Mansion House Club

As the 2026 Swim Season approaches, we, the Mansion House Piranhas swim team, are seeking your sponsorship. Last summer we had over 180 swimmers and had an amazing season. We also had swimmers qualify for All-Stars! This year we have moved up to Division 9 and are excited to see some new pools to compete against this summer. It was an exciting season last year and we hope to have another great swim season this summer as well! Summer swim gives these kids the opportunity to develop and improve their swim skills and to grow as members of our community. The coaches and team reps work hard to ensure that our athletes learn good sportsmanship, teamwork, and excellent swim technique. 

We also work hard to make sure that summer swim is FUN, because what is summer without FUN? Mansion House is one of the oldest teams in the NVSL (more than 50 years!) and we are very proud of our long tradition. We have several active swimmers whose parents were once young Piranhas! Among our goals this season is to raise sponsorship funds in order to replace some of our team equipment that has outlived its serviceable life. Your support will help us to replace that equipment without having to raise the cost for athletes to participate. Your sponsorship dollars will help us to:

• Provide the best possible coaching staff
• Replace our sun shade tents and canopies
• Purchase new team spirit wear items
• Provide pep rallies and incentives to help encourage swim team participation
• Provide an end of season banquet with award trophies for high achieving swimmers
• Finance various other activities to encourage team spirit and fast swimming

Attached to this letter, you will find a listing of our various sponsorship levels. At the highest level, Platinum, your business name and logo will be displayed on a banner that will hang at every home swim meet. This means that swimmers and their families from 3 close neighbor pools and 3 additional NVSL pools will see your advertisement. Hundreds of local families will see your advertisement all for one investment. In addition, as a Platinum sponsor, your company logo (linked to your website) will appear in the top tier of sponsors on our website. This website is used daily throughout the season by our swim families. Your business will also be highlighted as a Platinum sponsor at each home swim meet and at the final swim banquet. 

Included for Platinum and Gold Sponsors is the opportunity to have your company logo and contact information posted on the Swim Team Bulletin Board at the entrance to Mansion House Club. This extra exposure means that your business will be highlighted as a sponsor and visible to every person who comes into the club all season long, not just swim team members. We will also offer yard signs with your company logo and contact information to be strategically placed around the pool for spectators and families to see as they visit the pool for the meets.

Platinum Sponsor $1,000.00+

• All Gold Sponsorship items, plus:
• Personalized banner with your logo displayed on fence line at all home swim meets
• Verbal reading of commercial advertisement of your choosing at all home meets, if desired

• This level is for returning sponsors who already have a banner with us. It includes all Gold Sponsorship items plus we will display your banner on the fence line at all home swim meets (no new banner – must use banner we already have)

Gold Sponsor $500.00+

• All Silver Sponsorship items, plus:
• 3 yard signs with your logo & contact information placed around the pool at all home swim meets to include entrance of pool and visibility to all attendees
• Business name/logo posted as a sponsor on the swim team bulletin board in the clubhouse for the entire season
• Large business logo and link on team website

Silver Sponsor $250.00-$499.00

• All Bronze Sponsorship items, plus:
• 2 yard signs with your logo & contact information placed around the pool at all home swim meets to include entrance of pool and visibility to all attendees
