PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE – HELP COACH JOEL AND COACH SEAN

We need everyone to let the coaches know if you are available for EVERY MEET.

The coaches will build meets from available swimmers. Building a meet is a daunting task especially when swimmers start scratching because they wont be in town that particular weekend.

If we proactively let the coaches know when your swimmer is available it will make it easier on EVERYONE. (Including your swim reps !! and no one wants a Grumpy Swim Rep)

How Can you Help?

Log on to our Swimtopia Website

• 1)Go to the “Schedule” Menu
• 2)Click on the “Sign Up” from the pull down
• 3)Look for all the Meets (This Week - Both A and B and Sportsmen Relay)
• 4)Click on “Meet Entry”
• 5)Click on the “Edit” Button
• 6)Then select if your swimmer is available or not from the pull down, add a comment if necessary
• 7)If you are going to make the meet you might as well volunteer to help out
• 8)Click on the “Sign up for Job” button.
• 9)Next just choose a job you are comfortable with helping out. It’s a great way to meet people too.

In all seriousness, we need you to let us know when you are available.

Swimtopia is with us for the long hall, if everyone starts using it regularly it will become second nature.

The coaches make the meet with people they think are going to swim. If they know for sure you are available or not it makes the whole process a lot easier. If you tell us at the 11^th hour you are not available we risk not fielding a complete team, scratching swimmers and not giving the “next up” swimmer a chance to swim.

Please take the time now to sign up for AT LEAST next weeks meet. Or the whole summer if you can.
