We are just about at midway through the Swim Season and there is no time to get complacent 

FBST will be holding a Free Clinic this Thursday

Age:   8 years and Older 

When: 12:00 - 1:00 

Where: MHC Pool

They will work on STARTS, TURNS and FINISHES

This again if a FREE Clinic from one of our Club Sponsors, its a great way to get some extra coaching, more time in the water and a chance to find out more about what FBST could offer your swimmer if you are interested in swimming year round.
