Meet starts at 9:00 AM. I have made contact with most of you confirming your swimmer's entry I will be calling the rest today. We do not want to leave open lanes and if we have a scratch attempt to fill with a MHC swimmer or let another pool have it.
There are two halves to the meet.
- The first half is Free, Back, and Breast.
- The second half is Fly and IM
If you have a swimmer JUST in the second half you only need to report for the second half

Parking will be a little crazy. Following is from host pool.
Parking (map attached)
Lot parking will be limited to those assigned a parking pass by Team representative. All others should use parking lots (front and back) and curbside parking adjacent to Bucknell Manor elementary school. For Swimmer drop-off approach the pool from Popkins Lane and northbound Coventry Rd. Please avoid parking on Coventry Rd. It creates a very dangerous traffic hazard. UPDATE: VDOT installed NO PARKING signs on Coventry Road yesterday. Many of LHP's neighboring residents depend of street parking, please be considerate of their needs.
Team Areas
Except for the single picnic bench, no additional seating will be provided. Swimmers are welcome to bring camping chairs for comfort. Shade tents highly encouraged.
Spectator Areas
Spectator areas will have ample seating. Shade will be lacking. Spectators are welcome/encouraged to bring shade canopies.
Meet Sheets
If you want a meet sheet please print at home and bring it there will not be extra copies at the meet.
All swimmers must have permission from Coach Jenna or Coach Joel to leave the meet to ensure they swam all of the heats they were entered in.
