Hello Piranha Parents,

Saturday is Time Trials. If you have an 8U (and legal in a stroke) they are invited to get their first official time of the season. We need you to sign them up in Swimtopoia at https://mansionhouseclub.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

1.Click on Meet Entry for Time Trials and let us know your swimmer can make the meet

2.Volunteer for a job. We will not have concessions: so no donuts, bagels, ice or workers are needed. We do need:

a.Timers (2 per lane)

b.Set Up Help,

c.Marshals

d.Stroke and Turn Officials (requires certification)

e.Starter (requires certification)

f.Clerk of Course

g.Runners

h.Data Tables

After you sign up your swimmer for the meet it should prompt you to volunteer. These are not stress positions – this is a great swim meet to learn from. For most jobs we will instruct you what to do

Sports Fair will be here again Saturday for anyone who needs suits, goggles or fins

Our first B Meet is Monday – After you are successful and did everything listed above, why don’t you Look at the B Meet on Monday June 14^th and let us know if your swimmer can make that one too and if you are able to volunteer please do so.

We really need to know if you are going to meets so we can plan, seed meets and make cards to record swimmers times on. A lot goes into each meet by letting us know if you can attend the meet help us immensely.

Dress up in your Mansion House Colors – Wear Green & White. We will be posting all future Pep Rally Themes on the home page.

• Food – We are working to get a Food Truck for Friday OR Order Chick-Fil-a Sandwiches to buy. We just created an Event on Swimtopia’s Sign Up Calendar for the Pep Rally and Chick-Fil-a Sandwiches Count. Please sign up and let us know if you are interested in Chick-Fil-a For Dinner.

Reminder If you have old fins bring them to the pool we would love to have the next generation use them in the water.
