Mondays B Meet (#2) will be at:

All Swimmers 8U and up are invited to swim. This is another opportunity to improve your times and move up the ladder and/or get experience swimming in a meet. Swimmers will talk with the Coaches about which strokes they will be swimming at practice on Monday. If you do not have times for all strokes you are allowed to swim all 4 strokes, otherwise, you will swim 2.

COVID Restrictions: For all Meets in 2021 teams will follow the host pools rules. If you want to swim or participate at their pool – you must follow the rules. The following is from RG.

“Unvaccinated volunteers and all swimmers must wear masks. We have metal buckets for masks at each lane, and marshals dedicated to moving them to the finish for 8&U.

We will have a clerk of course for your team only, and we ask that you to staff it with your volunteers. I’ve attached a map to show you where it will be, the route your swimmers should use to get from the team area to the C of C and then the pool and back, plus the new visitor entrance that we are using in an effort to keep teams apart.”

Be prepared to have your swimmer (if unvaccinated to wear a mask from Team Area to C of C and to the lane) I recommend bringing more than one mask and have them also carry a Ziploc bag to keep it in. Again no exceptions. No mask – no swim.

Swimmers should arrive at RG by 5:00.

5:30 Stroke & Turn, Timer briefing

5:55 Announcements, Star Spangled Banner, etc...

6:00 Meet Begins!

We still need volunteers please sign up. We cant have the meet if we don’t have people doing our teams share of the work.
