Thank you for RSVP now we need parents to fill in for the "jobs" associated with this on Swimtopia. We have about 25 teens (and coaches) coming.  We need more help to pull this off.  If you elect not to help we would gladly accept a cash donation.

July 8th

The date for the dinner this year will be Sunday, 18 July 2021, from
5:30pm to 9:00pm.

1st Location - Voorhees Residence 

4007 SULGRAVE DR

ALEXANDRIA, VA 22309

The evening will begin at 5:30 pm on Sunday, July 18th at the home John and Alicia have offered up their backyard for the first stop of the night. The swimmers will enjoy drinks and appetizers.

2nd Location

At 6:15, they will then caravan over to the Marina at Mount Vernon on the Potomac - where dinner will be served.

3rd Location

At 8 pm, they will return to Mansion House pool to swim and eat desserts and use the pool. They will need to be picked up at MHC no later than 9 pm as that is when the pool closes. Parent helpers to arrive a bit early and set up a table and cloth and receive desserts

Dress Code: Typically the teens tend to dress up a little. Rember they should pack their suits to change into at the pool if they want to swim.

Let's hope for a glorious evening weather-wise!!
