Hello Piranha families! We hope you are having a restful August and gearing up for school to start!

This is a reminder that Polar Piranha registration for the 2024-25 winter season is open! Polar Piranhas will meet from 6:00pm-7:00pm at the GW Rec Center starting on September 8, 2024. Registration will remain open until we reach 50 swimmers and then we will move to a waitlist. We are happy to report that both Coach Joel and Coach Morgan will be coaching winter swim! The following dates will be “no swim” dates: 12/1, 12/22, 12/29, 2/9, 4/20, and 5/11.

Attached to this email you will find an application for Junior Coaches. If you
have an older swimmer (15+) who is interested, please encourage them to apply. Junior coach applications are due no later than 11:59 pm on 8/25/24. We will also consider volunteer coaching spots for swimmers who are currently 14 but will be 15 by next summer and are hoping to get some coaching experience. Volunteer coaches do not need to complete an application. Please reach out to us via email if you have a swimmer who wants to volunteer to coach.
